DYU has three warehouses, located in Poland, the USA, and the UK. Orders from these warehouses will be delivered to customers within 7 business days (special circumstances may extend this period).
What is DYU's after-sales policy? Is there a warranty?
Bikes purchased from the DYU official website will be shipped within 1-2 business days. You are guaranteed free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving the goods (special circumstances require checking our after-sales terms). DYU ensures that customer information is kept confidential for those who pay here.
Are the bikes easy to assemble?
DYU bikes are very easy to assemble, generally taking only 10-20 minutes. If you encounter difficulties, DYU provides assembly videos on YouTube.
How do I change my order content?
We understand that sometimes customers need to change the color of your bike or add one or more accessories to your order. DYU CS team is always ready to help, we will do our best to help you change or correct your orders before shipment occurs. If an order that has not shipped: For customers who want to change bike color, as inventory for each model and each color varies minute by minute, and as we are experiencing high order volume, customers will need to cancel the original order if he or she wants to change color of their bikes, and place a new order. For shipping address adjustment, CS team will help make changes to address right away. If an order that has shipped: If the items in your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order or make any changes, including order content, shipping address and else.
