To the fullest extent permitted by law, DYU and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or products purchased via the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product or Service giving rise to the claim. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence remain unaffected.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DYU, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, provisions which by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification) will survive.

18. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence will apply if required by law. The courts of Hong Kong shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers in the EU/EEA may also bring claims in their local courts as required by applicable law.

19. General

• Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our policies posted on the site (including Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Warranty Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
