These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence will apply if required by law. The courts of Hong Kong shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers in the EU/EEA may also bring claims in their local courts as required by applicable law.
