    Ordering & Shipping

    How long does shipping take?

    Orders typically dispatch in 1–2 business days from the nearest regional warehouse (EU/UK/US when available). Transit time depends on your address and carrier service level. See our Fraktpolicy for current estimates.

    Where do you ship from?

    We fulfill from regional warehouses where stock is available (e.g., EU hub, UK hub, US hub). Your order generally ships from the closest location to speed delivery.

    Do you ship to my country or remote region?

    We ship to most EU countries, the UK, and the US. Remote islands or special regions may need different carriers or extra time. Check the Fraktpolicy or contact support with your postcode for confirmation.

    Can I change the address, color, or items after placing an order?

    If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll try to help. After dispatch, changes aren’t possible. You can refuse delivery or arrange a return per our Returns Policy.

    My tracking hasn’t updated—what should I do?

    Tracking may take 24–48 hours to refresh. If it stalls longer or shows delivery issues, contact us with your order number; we’ll coordinate with the carrier.

    What if my bike arrives damaged or with missing parts?

    Please document the packaging and product condition with photos and contact support within 48 hours. We’ll arrange replacements or a solution based on the assessment.

    Do you offer in-store pickup?

    Currently, orders ship directly to your address. If pickup becomes available in select regions, we’ll note it in the checkout and Fraktpolicy.

    Warranty & Returns

    What is the warranty period?

    DYU e-bikes include warranty coverage on key components. Duration and coverage vary by region/model. Please review full terms on our Garanti page.

    How do I file a warranty claim?

    Contact support with your order number, VIN/serial (if applicable), a description of the issue, and photos/video. We’ll troubleshoot and guide next steps.

    What is your return policy?

    Returns are accepted within the stated window from delivery date if the bike is in like-new condition with original packaging. Fees may apply. See Returns & Refunds for details.

    Can I test ride and still return?

    Reasonable test rides are okay, but excessive mileage, wear, or damage may affect eligibility. Keep all packaging until you’re sure you’ll keep the bike.

    Battery & Charging

    How long does it take to charge the battery?

    Typical charge time is 4–6 hours from low to full using the included charger. Times vary by capacity and ambient temperature. Always use an original or approved charger.

    What range can I expect on a single charge?

    Real-world range varies with rider weight, terrain, temperature, tire pressure, assist level, and riding style. Check each model’s product page for lab estimates and plan conservatively for your conditions.

    Can I remove the battery? Do you sell replacements?

    Many models feature removable batteries. Replacement batteries are available for supported models—see Butik eller contact us for availability.

    How should I store the battery long-term?

    Store in a cool, dry place at ~50–70% charge. Top up every 1–2 months. Avoid full discharge. Do not store near heat sources or in direct sunlight.

    Is the bike okay to ride in the rain?

    Our e-bikes are designed with weather resistance in mind, but they are not submersible. Avoid pressure washing and deep puddles. Dry and clean after wet rides.

    Specs, Fit & Compliance

    Which model should I choose for my height and commute?

    Consider wheel size, frame style (folding/compact), and motor power. Each product page lists recommended rider height and geometry. Tell us your height, terrain, and distance—we’ll recommend a model.

    What is the rider weight limit?

    Weight limits vary by model. Check the “Specifications” tab on the product page for the rated maximum load.

    Are DYU bikes legal in my country?

    Laws vary (e.g., max assisted speed, motor wattage, throttle rules). Check your local regulations. Many models meet common e-bike standards; some features may be disabled by default to comply.

    Do bikes have throttle and pedal assist?

    Most models include pedal assist. Throttle availability may vary by region or be limited to comply with local laws. See each model page for details.

    What are the folded dimensions (for folding models)?

    Dimensions are listed on each model page. Measure your storage space (car trunk, closet) and compare to ensure a good fit.

    Care & Troubleshooting

    Basic maintenance tips
    • Keep tires inflated to the recommended PSI.
    • Inspect brakes and bolts regularly.
    • Clean and dry the bike after wet rides.
    • Lubricate the chain as needed.
    • Update user settings/firmware if your model supports it.
    My bike won’t power on—what should I check?
    • Battery is charged and properly seated/connected.
    • Main power switch is on; try a long-press if applicable.
    • Check any inline fuses or breaker switches.
    • Disconnect accessories and test again.

    If still unresolved, share a short video with support for guidance.

    My throttle or pedal assist isn’t working properly.

    Confirm the display shows no error codes and cables/connectors are secure. Try power-cycling the bike. If issues persist, contact support with photos/video.

    There’s a rubbing or clicking noise.

    Verify brake rotor alignment, spoke tension, pedal/BB area, and cable routing. If uncertain, send a video and we’ll help diagnose.

    Accessories & Spare Parts

    Do you sell spare parts (brake pads, tires, chargers)?

    Yes—see our Butik for model-compatible parts. If you don’t find what you need, contact us with your model and serial number.

    Which accessories are compatible with my model?

    Check each product page for recommended accessories (racks, lights, fenders). Universal items must match sizing (e.g., seatpost diameter, rotor size, tire width).

    Is there a mobile app or firmware updates?

    Some models support companion apps or updates. See your model’s product page/manual for availability and instructions.

    Payments, Taxes & Promotions

    Which payment methods do you accept?

    We support major cards and common regional methods. Available options appear at checkout.

    Are taxes/VAT included in the price?

    Tax handling varies by region. The checkout page shows applied taxes before payment. For import duties outside our serviced regions, your local customs may collect fees.

    How do I use a coupon code?
