    Welcome to the DYU Bikes Official Store. This page explains how and where we ship your orders within the European Union.

    Shipping Fees

    • Free Shipping: Orders over €100 ship free (estimated total delivery time 3–5 business days).
    • Orders under €100: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel size/weight.

    Shipping Carriers

    We work with trusted EU carriers (for example, DHL, DPD, GLS, or UPS). The carrier is selected automatically based on your address, parcel size, and warehouse availability.

    Processing & Delivery Times

    Order Processing

    • Orders for in-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
    • Except for force majeure or unforeseen logistics issues, we will ship within 2 working days. If a product cannot ship within 3–5 business days, a notice will appear on the product page before you purchase.

    Transit Time

    • Usual transit time is 2–3 business days, depending on destination and service.
    • Orders ship from our Poland or Germany warehouses; the system selects the optimal warehouse automatically.

    Total estimated delivery time (processing + transit) is generally 3–5 business days for EU destinations.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.

    Address & Delivery Requirements

    • Please provide a complete street address and a reachable phone number for the courier.
    • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
    • Missed deliveries or incorrect addresses may cause delays and could incur re-delivery charges from the carrier.

    Change or Cancel an Order

    • If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before the order is confirmed for shipment.
    • Some changes may delay shipping. We cannot modify or cancel special orders or any order that has already shipped.
    • If your order has shipped, please follow our returns process once you receive the parcel.

    Additional Notes

    • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland and Germany.
    • Weather, strikes, or other force majeure events may affect delivery schedules.
    • Prices at checkout include applicable taxes/VAT where required by law.
